Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement

Asphalt shingles are a familiar sight across the North Shore for a reason. They're well-suited to pitched residential roofs and offer the durability needed to withstand rain, snow, wind, moisture, and wide seasonal temperature swings.

We install Owens Corning asphalt shingles exclusively. Certain Owens Corning shingle options incorporate algae-resistant technology, an advantage in areas where moisture, moss, and roof discoloration can become persistent concerns.

Our Owens Corning Preferred Contractor designation also reflects our training and experience installing the manufacturer's roofing systems. It gives homeowners the added confidence that comes with working with a contractor recognized by the company whose products are going on the roof.

Flat and Low-Slope Rubber Roofing

Many North Shore homes aren't made up of one simple pitched roof. Additions, porches, dormers, and other sections can create flat or low-slope areas where asphalt shingles aren't the right solution. For those applications, we install Firestone EPDM rubber roofing.

EPDM is designed to create a watertight surface in low-slope areas while withstanding UV exposure and precipitation. It's also relatively low-maintenance once installed.

If your home combines pitched and low-slope roof sections, we can evaluate each area and recommend the appropriate roofing system rather than trying to make one material work everywhere.

Repair or Replace? How to Know When You've Reached That Point
