Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Oversee Call Center & Manage 3-5 employees
2. Set Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Goals
3. Social Media/Website management
4. Create ad content/videos & review analytics from digital and non-digital advertising
5. Oversee periodic Homeshows on the North Shore

Qualifications and Skills

1. 3-5 years of supervisory skills in a marketing environment
2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
3. Highly organized & detail-oriented
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, Google, and a familiarity with databases is expected

Hours of work:  8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday; Pay is negotiable based on experience; Benefits include health/dental, retirement, vacation, sick pay, and holidays.
